After we feel very positive about your design, we’ll start implenting the code. This is when the beginning stages of discussion comes in so perfectly. Everything we discussed with you about your project, we documented. We’ll take all your unmet needs and try and build a sensible solution, something that won’t take a large amount of effort, and will be easy to manage for any skill type (great for internal uses, you shouldn’t have to be a genius to update a Web site, we’ll make sure of this).
Step Three - It’s not as difficult as The DaVinci Code
Our code will start taking the design and bring it to life. Our code could take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month or so. Depending on the size of your project, or what kind of requirements your business needs, we’ll make sure we define the time required to accomplish this portion of the project.
Once we have something set up, we’ll give you a demo server to look at, an actual physical product that you can test out for your personal use or maybe for internal uses (give an intern a test run on managin the Web site, this will ensure everyone can be involved in the expansion of your targeted audience). At this point you may want to change a few things, or you may say that the solution we both came up with needs a few tweaks. All of these scenario’s are okay. Remember, throughout this entire thing it is going to be development from both ends. You are going to be just as involved on the project as we are, but understand that it can be difficult, and cut us some slack.
Finally, we come a polished version of your product. We’ll make sure the product can be launched seamlessly, and works perfectly. We’ll do our own types of testing for all major browser types and check for any mistaken links. But it is your job to make sure the copy that you either provided us or have written yourself is correct. Obviously you will be able to manage your own content, but we seriously promote you scouring through the new product for any mistakes. We’ll make changes on a product for one month after launch, anything after that will be charged accordingly (remember that contract thing, yeah this is defined in that too).
Your product is a go! We hope our relationship blossoms, and we become great friends! We’ll always be here for you, and any questions you may have. If you don’t believe us, you can ask some of our previous clients, they have become close friends and trust that we’ll always steer them in the right direction.
